Being part of any recently established institute is a different experience altogether. You will get to set the culture on campus which your juniors will inherit. The horse-shoe-shaped classrooms are the highlight of its infrastructure. There are 2 whiteboards with projectors each. The new IIMs still lack this facility
The hostel facilities are also very clean and hygienic with a variety of cuisine offered at the mess.
The location in itself is a USP of the college. The serene surroundings with spectacular views and fresh air attract many nature lovers.

So if your expectations are low regarding placements and facilities, IIM Visakhapatnam is the best new IIM you can go for.
