One of my friends studied at NIT Goa. According to him, In the recent placement drive of 2021, the students of NIT Goa were offered the highest packages compared to the placement drives of the previous years.

One of the students who completed the M.Tech course got a package that offered INR 14.3 LPA.
The companies that have made offers to the students this year are Siemens, Goldman Sachs, TCS, Samsung, Mphasis, Samsung, etc.
In the department of CSE, out of the 27 eligible students, all 27 of them got placed, making their placement program a complete success.
