I can surely say that placement rate is being decreased and no.of selections ratio is too low even after 4-5 lpa packages not 50% of students able to get packages. From far away there is no arrival of product based big companies.

From almost 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. The companies visited for our college are Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, Amazon, Flipkart, and many companies. They give average packages of around 4.5 lpa and the highest of around 51 lpa. Around 95% of students get placed every year.

Companies do visit the university and offers great packages it's upto the students to crack the technical round and interviews. To sit in the placement cell you should secure a good cgpa that varies from one company to another (without backlogs) So the highest package that was offered this year was 85lakh And the average packages lied between 6-10 lakh
Amazon came last year in our college Highest package yet is 24lakh per annum Average package college claims is 7 lakh per annum 70% students can get placements I am going with direct placement through college after my degree
