I applied to two other colleges alongside my current college: bannari amman Institute of Technology, and Krishna College. I received confirmed admission from bannari amman Institute of Technology, while I was waitlisted at krishna College. After careful consideration, I chose to attend my current college primarily because of its specialized program in food processing , which aligns perfectly with my career goals. The college also has a strong emphasis on research and innovation, offering state-of-the-art lab facilities and partnerships with leading healthcare institutions. Additionally, the campus culture and community felt more supportive and collaborative compared to the other options. While University is well-regarded, its program was broader, and I wanted something more focused on my specific interests. Institute of Technology was appealing, but its location was too far from my home, which would have been inconvenient.
So for the curriculum. They gave a good curriculum like you can easily understand the concepts of the subject. It is all about brainish knowledge nd not abt the bookish knowledge. The curriculum is about industry oriented
Companies like nestle offer internship but not with stipends The companies like kwality walls provide intership with stipends One must have no arrears in order to get an internship with stipends. But the amount of companies turn in is less

The main thing to survive here is don't do anything against the staffs. If u do it then for the next three years you will be doomed for sure. I have my favourite staffs here. His name is Dr ranganathan. He is quite strict but he had good knowledge on the subject. Nd about the subject tests it will be hard but if you concentrate on the subjects you can ace the exams
The course curriculum is well-structured and covers both theoretical concepts and practical applications. It is regularly updated to align with current industry requirements, although adding more hands-on projects and industry exposure would make it even more relevant
Students typically become eligible for campus placements starting from their 6th semester of the undergraduate program. This timing aligns with the academic calendar, allowing students to complete the majority of their coursework and gain substantial technical and soft skills relevant to their field of study. By the 6th semester, students have usually covered core subjects and elective courses essential for their discipline, enabling them to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of their field during interviews and assessments. Additionally, this period allows students to participate in internships, projects, and extra-curricular activities, which enhance their practical experience and employability. Before the placement season begins, students often undergo training sessions provided by the college, focusing on resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills development. These preparatory sessions are crucial for effectively showcasing their competencies and securing job
In our university the marks is evaluated in the system like 70-30 l 70 marks for internals like quiz, assignmenta, presentation. The faculty will give a task to develop a capstone project,so it improves our standards. Some of the faculty should be expertise in the various areas like in other coding languages. Exams would be mid semester and end semester exams.
The course curriculum at SNS College of Technology is well-structured and relevant, with a good mix of practical and theoretical content that greatly influenced my decision to enroll. It prepares students effectively for real-world scenarios and further academic pursuits by incorporating hands-on projects and case studies. However, the curriculum could be improved by including more content on emerging technologies and industry trends. Additionally, adopting more interactive and experiential learning methods would enhance the overall educational experience. Exams are held every two months, and while they are challenging, they appropriately reflect the coursework and help in assessing our understanding.
