Firstly you have to attend the entrance exam which called CUET. And after giving examination of subjects required for eligibility for admission in university. You have to fill the registration form cost(1500/-) after this you got rank by which you have to attend the counciling and if you rank Better you Got admission. Atlast you got allotment letter and you have to pay the fees. I think they have to call only that much of students to which they are able to give the seat because students come from very large distance and they feel bad if they didn't got the admission. One of the best solution is councilling should be happen online.
The curriculum set by our head of department is very conventional. So that students can also gain the knowledge of outside world so that they can handle difficult situation properly. The students can get over by some difficult situation by studying subjects like psychology, economics, communication skills etc. Difficulty level of exams are moderate. There are three test and one exam conducted by our department out of which best of two is selected. And at the end of semester examination is also conducted which involves the maximum part in your results.

I think the course curriculum at SISTec Bhopal is good and covers the basic concepts required for engineering. Along with theory classes, we also have practical labs and mini projects, which help in understanding the subjects better. There are internal assessments during the semester followed by the end-semester university exam, and the difficulty level is moderate if you study regularly. I feel the college can improve by including more industry-oriented projects, coding practice, and hands-on training to make students more job-ready.

The placement opportunities at Oriental Institute of Science and Technology (OIST) are one of the college's strong points. The institute has a dedicated placement cell that actively works to secure job opportunities for students across various engineering disciplines, including Electronics and Communication Engineering. Many reputable companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in core engineering sectors as well as in IT, software, and consulting. The placement cell provides extensive support through pre-placement training, workshops, and mock interviews, which helps students prepare effectively for the recruitment process. For students who might not secure placements through campus recruitment, the skills and knowledge gained during the course equip them well for employment in a variety of industries. The comprehensive curriculum and practical training make graduates of OIST competitive in the job market. Additionally, some students may choose to pursue higher studies
After completing the graduation or course the company and campus will come in this college and then your will have to give interview to get the placement and and not only give interview but also crack the interview with your experienced knowledge.
Well the placements of college is good, every student of college has the opportunity to have placement and get employed. But most of the placements takes place in off campus. College also gives the opportunity for placement but it is not so good. The averge pakage of this college is 7 lakh per annumm. And highest pacakge of this college is 86 lakh per annumm but it is offcampus. 20 to 30 percent students get placement in companies. And in the end I am going to start my own startup after college.
