I didn't got admission in IT because lacknof seats, but the ratio of Total Students who were willing to take IT and who got was way too low. Also i faced a lot trouble because of caste reserved seats. Exams were all good but the paper checked were so confusing almost all students had many doubts. If the college can't help Students to get best courses available then there should be high cutoffs
I heard of this college a lot, in terms of concession in sports, bus and train passes, etc also this college has a well name.Overall they do prepare students for real workd directly or indirectly. Maybe teachers are under pressure of portion complete things so they are lacking their skills, this can be improved. Exams are not conducted frequently. Just 2-3 actually exams are held.
I took my first year admission in Joshi Bedekar College of arts and commerce in the year 2023 and my fees was 5500 as a aided student and for my second year in junior college it was 6000.I did not take any tuitions for 11th but for my 12th standard it was of 18000. College only provide 2 extra subjects i.e, EV.S and P.T, also few students got concession fees on their merit basis. Like 300 for 95above Students. Many courses are available for merit as well as for non merit students
Campus was so good. Ths college had best campus in whole city. 2-3 fest are concucted and Students got chance to meet few celebrities. The range of books in libraries are great. Many inter college sport matches are held. Overall social life of Students has improved
1 professor was appointed to manage and teach 120 students. Classrooms were huge but i faced suffocations some times. Facutly's were a 40-60 overall. Interactions with teachers are very much often they do help out students who reach reach them personally
The course was there was more practical knowledge then a politically get 2 years of internship in Maruti Suzuki India limited to get a market exposer I had choose this course so it was a good course I will even recommend this course to others
After a curriculum is developed, the curriculum committee can breathe a sigh of relief, but their work is not done. Only when the curriculum is implemented and then evaluated will the committee know to what extent their efforts were successful. It is fair to say that no curriculum is perfect because there are almost always factors that may influence the curriculum that were unknown during the development process. As a former curriculum coordinator, I know that every curriculum, if it is to be most effective, is revised based on the results of an evaluation.
to be honest campus placement is very low in this college as it is tier 3 colleges very few companies visit to this campus.for eg capgemini infosys tata ibm wipro etc highest salary offered in collge is 12lpa in 2022.i am not totally on campus placement
After completion of third semester they start campus placement cell and many companies come for placement offers such as Deloitte, TATA, Wipro, Infotech, ICICI Bank, and many more . Highest offer was made as 15 lakhs and average package is 8-10 lakhs . almost 85% of students get their placement in campus as we have really deserving students and most eligible and quality of students.my plans after getting degree is to get through placement and get really good paying job and efficient one where I can put all my learning into it and give my best to it .
Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed
