The entrance test will be considered for all the candidates seeking admissions to MBBS/ BDS/ B.E. Courses. The candidates who will be successful will be ranked in the merit list based on the marks scored in the exam. The syllabus of the exam is based on 10th and 12th standard. The pattern of the is based on thesyllabus of the exam and is follows —
Pattern For engineering courses: the exam will be conducted in a single section of duration 03 hours and the paper consists of 180 questions of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Pattern for MBBS / BDS courses: the exam will be conducted in a double section of duration 02 hours each, First paper consist of 120 questions of Physics & Chemistry and Second paper consist of 120 questions of Biology and English
Pattern for Engineering and Medical / Dental courses: the exam will be conducted in a double section, the duration of first paper is 03 hours and duration of second paper is 02 hours, First paper consist of 180 questions of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and Second paper consist of 120 questions of Biology and English
COMEDK Exam Negative Marking: There is no Negative Markings but if there is a tie in the test score of 2 or more students,; then the principle of least negative responses (Number of wrong answers) will be used to break ties
COMEDK Marking Scheme: For each correct answer 1 mark will be given and no mark/s will be given for marking multiple answer of same Question
