MICAT is conducted by Mudra Institute of Communications. It is an entrance examination for students who are interested in pursuing post graduation in management- communication diploma. Registration for MICAT started in August 2014. Last date to apply for this entrance exam is January 18, 2015.

Before filling up the application form, candidates need to ensure that they are eligible to apply for it. They need to meet certain eligibility criteria.

Following are the several eligibility requirements candidates need to fulfill before applying for the MICAT 2015:-

• Students must have done graduation in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities. They should have at least 50% aggregate marks. They must have followed the pattern 10+2+3 or any other equivalent system.
• Those who are appearing in the final year of graduation can also apply.
• With scores of CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/GMAT candidates can apply for the MICAT 2015.
• Candidates are eligible to apply as foreign national if they have passport and valid GMAT scores. NRI students can also apply with valid GMAT scores.

Students who have interest and aptitude for expressing, assessing or conceiving ideas that influence others to action and achieve desired business objectives have better chances of being selected.

After taking the entrance test, candidates also need to go through group exercise and personal interview. It will be held in March/April 2015.
