
Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is conducted by Anna University for admission to postgraduate courses in colleges in Tamil Nadu. Candidates willing to seek admission to courses like MBA, MCA, ME, M.Tech, M.Arch and M.Plan must appear for TANCET 2020. The application forms are out till January 31, 2020.
A total 442 colleges/institutes affiliated to the Anna University accept TANCET 2020 scores for admission. Some of these colleges also offer scholarships to students on the basis of TANCET 2020 scores. SRM University accepts students to its MBA program through its own National Level Entrance test (SRMJEEM PG), along with valid scores of TANCET.
The institute offers TANCET Scholarships for students scoring above 70 marks in TANCET 2020. However, the minimum criteria for admission are 50 marks out of 100. Sona College of Technology accepts students to courses like ME, MBA and MCA. It offers the Meenakshi Aachi Scholars Program for talented early career researchers. Students with extraordinary TANCET 2020 scores can apply for the scholarship. The scholarship amount is INR 1 Lakh per year.
