To apply, you must be willing to fully commit to the program by attending weekly classes, occasional 1:1 meetings, and have the time to complete homework assignments; have a basic understanding of camera and lens functions including the Exposure Triangle (ISO, aperture, shutter) and camera settings; and have at least intermediate English skills (B2 level) if English is not your native language.
